About ARA Nordic

ARA Nordic was established in year 2024 as a subsidiary of ARA Timber and is run by Per-Åke Bergh. With over 15 years of experience in production and sales of sawn and planed wooden products, there is genuine knowledge and an interest in looking after our fine Nordic wood material. ARA Nordic and its parent company ARA Timber have extensive experience in the timber trade and, for many years, strong and well-established collaborations with sawmills and processing industries in the Nordics. We are keen to understand our customers' operations in order to contribute to a simpler everyday life and better profitability. We mainly work with sawn and planed wood products, but love the material wood and are happy to discuss opportunities for both larger and smaller projects where wood is a central part.

      What we do, everyday

• Purchase and sales of sawn and further processed wood products in spruce and pine

• Planing, wood treatments, drying, precision cutting, storage etc through our processing partners
• Distribution of, among other items, Thermowood, oak, core pine on request
• Consultation regarding material selection for decking, cladding, outside environments - right type of wood in the right place!
